PAYING FOR YOUR BOOKING |

Bookings hotel rooms and transfers on Koh Lanta Net
require payment from a valid credit card (service charge
3%), SWIFT Bank Transfer (customers pays applicable fees
to their bank) or by PayPal (6% service/conversion
charge). Our instant online service requires 50%
pre-payment when booking the room with the remaining 50%
due thirty days prior to your arrival. If your arrival
date is 45 days or less from the time of your booking
100% prepayment is required. For Pay Pal bookings
please use the
Enquiry/Question Form.
You do not need to pay the resort/hotel for additional
accommodation purposes unless you are using additional
facilities and services of the resort/hotel. Please
mention Koh Lanta Net when checking your reservation
with resort/hotel before arrival and when checking in. |

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING |
|

|
When you click the 'Confirm by Credit Card' button in
our booking system, your reservation will be confirmed
instantly. You will see a screen displaying the details
of your reservation - and you will also receive an email
from Koh Lanta confirming your reservation. Your email
confirmation is your receipt for the booking. If you
need to make changes to your bookings please contact us

CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
|
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: Full
refund less 10% of the total booking charge or 2,000
Baht, which ever is greater.
Cancellations between 48 hours and 30 days prior to
arrival: Refund less 50% of total booking charge or
2,000 Baht, which ever is greater.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival and No
Shows: Full duration of booking will be charged.
Changes and refunds to your booking after check-in are
at the sole discretion of the hotel management. |
