Booking Terms & ConditionsPAYING FOR YOUR BOOKINGA valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on our secure server or you can send them to us by fax. This instant online service requires 50% pre-payment when booking the room and the remaining 50% seven days prior to your arrival. You do not need to pay the resort/hotel for accommodation purposes unless you are using additional facilities and services of the resort/hotel. We are reserving rooms using our allotment system. Therefore, sometimes you may not find your name in the resort/hotel's system as the resort/hotel hasn't key in your name to their system. Please mention our name when checking your reservation with resort/hotel. CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING When you click the 'Confirm by Credit Card' button in the booking system, your reservation will be confirmed instantly. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival - Full refund less 10% of the total booking charge or 2,000 Baht, which ever is more. Cancellations between 48 hours and 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking charge or 2,000 Baht, which ever is more. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
