PAYING FOR YOUR BOOKING |

Bookings hotel rooms and transfers on Koh Lanta Net
require payment from a valid credit card, PayPal account
or a SWIFT Bank Transfer. This instant online service
requires 50% pre-payment when booking the room with the
remaining 50% due thirty days prior to your arrival. If
your arrival date is 45 days or less from the time of
your booking 100% prepayment is required.
You do not need to pay the resort/hotel for additional
accommodation purposes unless you are using additional
facilities and services of the resort/hotel. Please
mention Koh Lanta Net when checking your reservation
with resort/hotel before arrival and when checking in. |

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING |
|

|
When you click the 'Confirm by Credit Card' button in
our booking system, your reservation will be confirmed
instantly. You will see a screen displaying the details
of your reservation - and you will also receive an email
from Koh Lanta confirming your reservation. Your email
confirmation is your receipt for the booking. If you

CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
|
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: Full
refund less 10% of the total booking charge or 2,000
Baht, which ever is greater.
Cancellations between 48 hours and 30 days prior to
arrival: Refund less 50% of total booking charge or
2,000 Baht, which ever is greater.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival and No
Shows: Full duration of booking will be charged.
Changes and refunds to your booking after check-in are
at the sole discretion of the hotel management. |
